| Bum Boosa™ Shipping Policy
Bum Boosa™ generally sends packages via Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex Home Delivery, however, we sometimes use USPS Priority Mail to
overseas and international destinations. The flat shipping rate per order applies to orders within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. However, there may be shipping surcharges for:- Orders shipped to Puerto Rico and USVI. - Orders shipped to Canada or other International destinations - Orders shipped to an APO If you check out with an address that will cause a shipping surcharge, you will receive a phone call or email before your order is processed to let you know what the surcharge will be. If you do not want to pay the surcharge, you may cancel your order without obligation. Orders are processed in 1-2 days. You will receive a tracking number via email on the day your package is sent out. Return and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective. We love satisfied customers so if you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to contact us via e-mail at You Must Inspect Packing and Product on Delivery It is critical that you inspect packaging and the items contained therein for damages immediately. Prompt inspection of packaging should be done as soon as the order arrives. Credit and Return Time Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited. Canceling Your Order If you have placed an order that you would like to cancel, please call us at (508) 539-1373 within 6 hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Don't worry! Even after the six hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
